There are numerous manufacturing operations controlled with statistical
process control (SPC) techniques. Quality conformance evaluations, in-process and end-product control,
and process parameter controls are included as part of the SPC program.
The operator controls the manufacturing process. The operator is responsible
and accountable for the operation of the equipment and for the quality of the product. The process
parameters are measured by the operator to ensure that the fluctuations remain within acceptable ranges.
In addition to the monitoring of process parameters, the product is inspected
at various points during the process to ensure compliance to the customers' specification while it is
being manufactured.
All equipment is calibrated twice per year in accordance with
ANSI/NCSLZ-540-1-1994. The product meets or exceeds the manufacturing criteria specified in
MIL-P-55110, materials are purchased to IPC 4101, and the inspection system meets MIL-I-45208.
In addition, Circuit Express is certified to MIL-P-55110 for type II and III, Polyimide and Epoxy,
as well as UL certified to 94-VO.
