Our multilayer capability is greater than 20 layers, with 4 mil traces and spacing. Aspect ratios beyond 9:1 are common. We offer a wide variety of materials (FR-4, GFG, Duriods,
Teflons, and more), and a wide variety of finishes
including HASL, immersion gold, immersion white tin,
Tin-Nickel, Nickel, Full Body Hard Gold, Selective Gold,
and Fused Tin-Lead.
Our specialty is manufacturing prototypes in a quick-turn interval. We can deliver in 24 hours for up to 10 layers. Our standard prototype delivery is 5 days for up to 10 layers, and 10 days for above ten layers.

Our pricing for multilayer prototypes is very aggressive. Pricing is always based on how many boards can be manufactured on a panel, delivery requirements, the quantity of boards required, and the technology of the board.
Circuit Express, Inc. uses several different panel sizes to reduce your costs. The panel size is selected to best fit your specific board, lower NRE to a minimum, and supply you with the quantity of boards you require.

Single-sided & Double-sided boards

with 8 mil drills. We can build boards from .005 to .200
thick.
